Tim is a Partner in Clayton Utz’s public sector team. With more than 20 years’ experience advising government clients, locally and overseas, in public law, regulatory and commercial matters, Tim has developed a well-rounded skill set and broad perspective of the matters that are of importance for government decision makers.
Leveraging his experience and in-depth knowledge in a variety of administrative law areas, Tim provides expert and relevant advice to his government clients in the areas of best practice decision-making, disciplinary procedures, human rights, governance procedures and judicial review litigation.
Tim is a proud committee member of the Queensland Law Society’s Human Rights and Public Law Committee and the Queensland Branch of the Australian Association of Constitutional Law.
