Aged and Disability Advocacy Australia (ADA Australia) is a not-for-profit and independent aged and disability advocacy and community legal service helping older people and people with disability to speak up for their rights and needs, in relation to their care and support services or in relation to guardianship, administration and Enduring Power of Attorney matters. Our service also supports seniors with concerns about elder abuse or mistreatment. With more than 30 years’ experience in supporting and improving the wellbeing of older people and people with disability our advocacy services are free, confidential and client focused. ADA Australia also offers a range of education and training to inform participants of their rights and responsibilities within the aged care sector, and training in understanding decision-making including guardianship and administration.
The Benevolent Society has been empowering Queensland families for over 15 years through evidence-based early years, family preservation, and domestic and family violence services. As pioneers of integrated early childhood care, Benevolent delivers the Early Childhood Approach (ECA), a national NDIS-funded program supporting children under nine with disability or developmental concerns. Along with Early Years Places across Browns Plains, Gold Coast, Gracemere/Mount Morgan, Cairns, and seven satellite communities, Benevolent builds stronger, connected futures.
