Kos Samaras is the co-founder and director of RedBridge Group Australia, widely regarded as one of the country’s most influential political research and strategy consultancies. Drawing on decades of experience at the intersection of politics, demographics, and campaigning, he has become a leading voice in explaining how generational change, migration, and shifting community identities are reshaping Australia’s political landscape.
Kos served as a campaign strategist within the Labor Party from 2006 to 2019, and has since advised trade unions, corporations, universities, and local governments on strategy, social licence, and community engagement. At RedBridge, he pioneered the use of advanced research techniques in Australia, mapping not just votes but the values and lived realities driving them.
